The nightly entertainment was energetic and fun, and we loved the bustling vibe of the welcome party with dancing and food. The Junior Suites were cozy, giving us enough space for our family. Despite the enjoyable parts, we faced a few challenges. Getting information about our food options was frustrating. we had to seek out details ourselves. The food varied in quality, and it became repetitive after a few days. Additionally, communication could have been clearer, especially regarding our dinner reservations. Some staff seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful during peak times, affecting our overall experience. The layout of the resort was expansive, which required a bit of walking or waiting for shuttles. A few maintenance issues occurred with our room, but help arrived swiftly when we reported them. Some of the specialty restaurants were booked up quickly, limiting our options, which was disappointing.

During our three-night stay in a One-Bedroom Suite, we thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming vibe from the staff, especially Frank and Massiel who made us feel at home. Be careful at the dining areas since stray cats can be persistent, and don’t forget to keep an eye on your wristband!

My experience at the Lifestyle Crown Residence Suites was quite enjoyable. The spacious two-bedroom suite offered great amenities, and the Bellini Italian restaurant served delicious meals throughout the day. The shuttle service could use improvement, often being overcrowded. A pleasant stay with room for enhancement.
